Rib knit fabrics are used for the “ribbing” which is usually found at the lower edges of sweaters, on sleeve cuffs, and at necklines.
The Rib knit fabric is made by knitting yarn as alternate knit stitch and purl stitch in one course of the fabric.
Rib Knits are a soft and very stretchy fabric that has textured vertical stripes. They are most commonly used for neckbands, waistbands and cuffs. But they are also used for dresses, tees, pajamas and even for leggings and tights.
Fabric is sold by the Yard as 36"(Length)X 58”(Width) & continuous yardages order by 2 yards & up!!
Fabric width: 56/58" Wide.
Fabric Contents: 71% poly 23% rayon 6% spandex
Fabric weight: 175 GSM(Grams per Square Meter) or 230 G/YD(Grams per Yard)
Knit fabric is 4-way stretch
Fabric has soft hand feel with a Light body weight.
Poly & Rayon Fabric is a lusciously soft but durable material, with better absorbency than cotton.

Both rayon and poly are stretchable. Polyester is more stretchy than rayon, which means combining them will only make rayon more stretchy.
This fabric stretches easily and can ensure comfort throughout the day.
Fabric drapes nicely and has a great recovery making it good for use in tops and dresses.
Wash Instructions: Poly Broadcloth is machine washable.
May Shrink. Please wash in cold water, low tumble.
Care: Machine washable 104° F (40° C). Wash separately or with similar colors.
Tumble dry on low heat. It is recommended to hang drying your Irregular RIB Knit Fabric as it dries quickly and it is better for the environment.
We strive to cut one piece and full Lengths but can not guarantee Full Pieces as yardage increases. Color and Dye Lot Variations occur when reordering.
We Do Not Accept Returns for split pieces and or dye lot Variations.
Please note that we do not accept returns, cancellations or exchanges, therefore we highly encourage requesting a fabric sample prior to ordering any product to ensure desired quality and color of fabrics.
