Sweater knits, also known as STELLAR, have a more loopy, open-knit RIB texture than regular cotton knits and are usually made of blends of cotton and rayon, polyester, or spandex.
They are wrinkle resistant. STELLAR RIB sweater knit feels very soft, like sweater material,
but it’s generally a little lighter in weight than most sweaters you’d buy at the store
(and it’s not like a cable knit, or a sweater someone would actually knit for you).
It’s soft and stretchy and sews up just like normal knits.
